About the Speaker: 
Blaine Bey is a senior consultant with over forty years of solution delivery experience
involving analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications, included
ERP solutions.

For the last twenty-eight years, he has focused on the roles of Business Analyst, Quality
Assurance (QA) Lead, and Project Manager. He has taught Agile courses to students in
North America and beyond.

He recently retired from the BC Energy Regulator (https://www.bc-er.ca/) in Victoria as a
Senior Business Analyst. He had been focusing on managing the implementation of
SaaS solutions at the BCER. He is working part-time while at the same time designing a
custom Strata management SaaS solution.
