This session introduces a six-part framework—Purpose, Governance, Resource Allocation, Communication, Metrics, and Adaptive Leadership to navigating the shift toward a projectized, AI-augmented world. Attendees will leave with a practical way to think about where AI belongs in the delivery process, and where it doesn't, centered on one question: when do you trust the algorithm, and when do you trust the room?
About the Presenter:
Frank Bisbiglia, MPM, PMP, is a project and program management professional whose work spans helping organizations and government entities develop PMO departments to facilitate the projectization of work. He holds a Master of Project Management from Arizona State University and is PMP-certified through PMI.
Frank is the author of Project Paradigm: An Archetype for Transitioning Individuals and Organizations to Projectization, which argues that AI-driven automation is accelerating a shift from functional careers to a project-based economy. He speaks regularly to professional audiences on how organizations can build adaptive leadership capability as AI takes over the "science" of project management, and his work sits at the intersection of projectization, AI, and business analysis.
