President

Jay Ashford, PMP, ACP, CBAP, LSSBB

Jay Ashford is a consulting project manager and business analyst. He is the founder of ATS Partners, an Oakland-based consulting and training firm that helps guide clients along their journey from current state to future state in support of strategic organizational goals. He teaches project management part time at the University of San Francisco, and at U.C. Berkeley Extension. Outside of work, Jay has volunteered with several local civic and community organizations.

Larry Staley

Earlier in his career, Larry was a project manager - business analyst, who gained senior-level experience in a variety of sectors including financial services, healthcare, and utilities usually working in a hybrid role combining his PM and BA skillsets.  However, in the last few years, he has transitioned into the dynamic area of environmental sustainability.  He uses his business analysis and data analytics skillsets to address local, regional, and even global sustainability challenges.  He is currently pursuing consulting opportunities in related work areas.  He has been a long-term member of the IIBA Bay Area Chapter and is passionate about ensuring its success by aligning the use of business analysis with the various Silicon Valley IT work disciplines.  He is a resident of Foster City and is very involved in his community serving in a variety of leadership volunteer activities.

Jeannine Schumm
 

Jeannine started out as a web application and database developer before she realized she was doing project management and business analysis. Since then, she has become a senior business analyst and project manager at a small technology consulting company, earning her CBAP, PMP and CSM certifications along the way. With more than 15 years' experience, she is passionate about translating the needs of her clients into concrete solutions that make their work easier.

Ashley Rajiv

Ashley brings extensive experience as a Business Analyst and Product Owner, leading initiatives that translate business needs into impactful digital solutions. A strong believer that technology is a great enabler, Ashley has worked across diverse domains including Healthcare, Lifesciences, MedTech, Utilities, Finance, and eCommerce. She has successfully driven product roadmaps, managed stakeholder engagement, and delivered innovative systems that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
 
Outside of her professional work, Ashley enjoys contributing to communities that connect people to opportunities for growth and continuously upskilling through courses and certifications to stay current with the latest innovations and developments.

Anand Radhakrishnan

Anand is a business data analysis and product management professional with a background spanning engineering, project management, cloud technologies, and supply chain operations. He holds an M.Eng and an MBA in Business Analytics and Supply Chain Operations Management, along with certifications including PMP, CSPO, ECBA, and various cloud credentials. As VP of Professional Development, he is dedicated to empowering members through targeted programs that support certification readiness, practical skill-building, and awareness of emerging technologies such as AI and modern practices like Agile. He is also actively exploring ways to help businesses streamline their IT operations and adopt effective cloud solutions.

Nosa Ogbemudia

Nosa Ogbemudia is a program manager and business analyst with global experience in the energy, infrastructure, and technology sectors. He has led multi-million-dollar initiatives focused on driving operational efficiency, strategic alignment, and sustainable outcomes. He holds an MBA, an MSc in Business Analytics, and several professional certifications, including CBAP, PgMP, and PMP. Nosa is passionate about the role of business analysis in solving complex problems, enabling informed decision-making, and creating lasting impact. Outside of work, he is an advocate for clean energy, innovation, and community-driven development.

My specialization is Pharmaceutical development. When I worked as a Pharmacy manager and than Software Quality assurance engineer in Biotech I had mainly BA responsibilities. A few years ago I finished my BA studies at UC Berkeley Extension and made a full transition to Business Analysis.
I am driven by my passion for stakeholder communication and identifying solutions that align with business needs, which is easier said than done.

Daniel has worn a variety of different analyst hats at a variety of different Fortune 100s. He's now trying his hand as a Product Owner, among other hats, at an upstart software development agency. To the IIBA, he hopes to share his certain sense of je ne sais quoi (and facilitate new member engagement).
